Your continued support makes a difference. We are a small non profit with big goals and big results. We don't focus on fund raising, we focus our efforts on our Warriors. We believe the results we achieve, the lives we improve, and our efficiency is reason enough for our supporters to help us continue our mission.
The Augusta Warrior Project is 100% local, so all your support stays here. As we grow and our advocates reach more Warriors in need, you can feel confident that you are making a difference in their lives and are helping to build a stronger community for them.

The Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) Program is a new VA program that awards grants to private non-profit organizations and consumer cooperatives who will provide supportive services to very low-income Veterans and their families residing in or transitioning to permanent housing. The grantees will provide a range of supportive services designed to promote housing stability.
I recently ETS'd from the Army and moved to the Augusta Area for work. I found out about the Augusta Warrior Project through the local VA. I went to them to help activate my GI Bill. They are a one stop shop for anything Veteran related and in no time I was on my way going back to school. They answered all my questions and worked with the VA and my school to help get everything pushed through in a timely manner. This process can be frustrating and time consuming. They know the ins and outs of the system and they were able to take care of things and sort of demystified the GI Bill process for me. If you are an Augusta area veteran, it is well worth your time to seek them out, they have really made a difference.
